In order to secure your place at the retreat, we must ask for prepayment at time of reservation. Your funds will be held in a segregated trust account.

However, after attending the first full day of the event (Monday) and meeting the people, if you decide the event is not for you, simply inform us on the Monday night and you will receive a full refund of your entire payment.

Note regarding Hotel Accommodation
 

We have arranged a specially discounted rate at the event hotel for our guests. Once your event registration is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange hotel accommodation and assist you with any special wishes or requirements. You can of course travel with other persons not attending the event and we can also book accommodation for them. You are free to arrange your own stay in Panama if you prefer (if for example you wish to pay with airline miles).

Accommodation should be settled direct with the hotel at time of checkout. A credit card or prepayment will be required by the hotel to guarantee the room. This transaction is completely independent of your payment for the event registration.
